Marketing is important, it’s obvious, and I know it’s a trivial information but often we think that if we have the product, the right product it will sell for itself. And that’s also true but it takes way more time if we are going that way.

In my neighborhood there’s a new mosquito repellent(well it’s new for me since many people are using it for a long time), it’s effective, it’s cheap, it’s non-toxic, and people love it, more importantly, it’s way-way more effective than the best mosquito repellant we generally use and it’s also way cheaper them. The only problem is that a very few people know about it.

After going through a series wiki links I found out that Citronella incense sticks are a plant-based insect repellant(I use it for mosquitos only). There are several other usages of Citronella and it has been registered for use in the United States since 1948.

If only more people have known about it, it would have been a hit long time ago.
