The Daily Checklist

2017 has begun but unlike many people, I don’t have any new year resolution. I used to have one of those but not anymore. We should have a daily, weekly and monthly goals instead. And we should keep track of our goals religiously.

Having a daily goal doesn’t mean that you have to complete everything in it. By just keeping track of things you want to do in the morning and checking if you did it or not in the night can be very productive too.

For example, I have a daily goal for reading the book for about 30 minutes. Lately, I have been missing that one goal for like every other day. But by just keeping track of how long I have been missing this activity I know that how long I have been complacent about my reading. And by getting to know that I am actually prioritizing my reading activity subconsciously.
